At Princess Lolla, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please take a moment to read through our shipping policy below.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

Free Shipping on Every Order

We're delighted to offer FREE standard delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend required. Whether you're treating yourself to a single piece or stocking up on your seasonal favourites, shipping is always on us.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or during weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. Delivery times may be extended during sale periods, product launches, and bank holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, or get in touch with our team.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Remote delivery locations (e.g. the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man)
  • Busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Boxing Day sales

If your order is significantly delayed, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched, and any parcels returned to us due to incorrect address details may incur a redelivery fee.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not at home when your parcel arrives, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for collection or rearranging delivery. Parcels held at a depot are usually returned to us after a set period, and a redelivery charge may apply in that case.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and, where possible, photos of the damaged packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and get things put right.
